About Pauli
Having practiced since 2001, Pauli draws inspiration from her experience with numerous styles of yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, and Ashtanga to guide her students through a customized vinyasa fusion which combines powerful sun salutation flows, restorative stretches, and strong emphasis on alignment and breath awareness. This dynamic class is meant to encourage a simultaneously vigorous and meditative state. Having had the luck to travel to Nepal to pursue the art of teaching yoga, Pauli strives to help practitioners, from beginners to advanced students, to foster a personal healing energy infused with compassionate awareness and functional knowledge of asanas with a class that honors individual needs. She believes that by using consistent Ujjayi breathing, encouraging practitioners to view the breath as a means of drawing one’s attention inward, and developing a sense of grounding and center, practitioners of yoga can cultivate a strong awareness and tranquility, which brings physical health, psychological insight, environmental awareness, as well as enlightenment and joy to life.
