"My physical practice began at an early age. I was on the swimming team for more than seven years and at the age of 18 studied ballet and jazz. I worked hard on musical theater and dramatic acting, modeling.At the age of 24 I had my first contact with Hatha Yoga. One year after I started, my teacher initiated my preparation as an intern teacher. I did some substituting and when three years later I had my first group.
I changed location and landed in San Diego where I learned different yoga styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Wall, and several others. Right after my first class with Mara Harris I fell in love with ACROYOGA. What really fascinated me about the practice, was that I became part of a community. It is because of my friends and Mara's support that I was motivated to prepare and work towards becoming a teacher of this beautiful art. So I came to experience the hard and wonderful Teacher Training of ACROYOGA in Greece with Jason and Jenny."
