About SD Yoga Loft

SD Yoga Loft prides itself on a diverse and eccentric class schedule, offering some of the most unique yogas in San Diego. A unique combination of ancient technique, the SD Yoga Loft draws from traditions all over the world, from Vinyasa to Tai Chi, to more modern practices such as Hoop Dance and AcroYoga.

It is our belief that yoga doesn't have to be an uncomfortable imprint, but can instead help you to more fully express who you already are. The image we like is that as the sculptor sits in front of a large rock, ready to chisel, he is about to uncover the art that already exists inside.

Recently the SD Yoga Loft has partnered with Liberty Advance, a Sustainable Yoga Retreat Center in East County, and will now feature weekend to week long desert reteats on various practices from throughout the world. The SD Yoga Loft exists because of the community who supports it through donations and does not seek to profit the individual.
